I think the LP might do the trick, but they don’t seem easy to come by.

I mocked up a quick an instruction and a download FLP for XP 64 bitthere’s also a post for x, but you could just as easily use Buslogic drivers.
However, 53c8955 installing the card I have found there are no Windows 7 drivers available. Moving to Windows 7 forum. One forum post provided a list of driver files see belowand suggests that the drivers from Server work perfectly well in R2, but are not signed; so presumably, they will also work in Windows 7 x64?
